NWSA MEMBERSHIP PAYGRADE CHALLENGE

Has anyone passed through more than 13 paygrades in their naval career?  LCDR Ron Englebretson, USN (Ret), went through 13 as follows:

 

E1-E7, WO1 and CWO2.  Made ensign late in 12th year retiring as LCDR.

 

LCDR Englebretson believes he can still win most beer bets on number of paygrades served. So the gauntlet has been thrown down, any challengers?
